Our firm provides legal representation for Tax and Immigration cases. Because of the Federal nature of our law practice, we are able to handle cases in all 50 States and U.S. territories, for clients all over the world who wish to immigrate or do business in the United States.
Our Tax Cases include federal and state applications for "Offer in Compromise" programs, Audit Representation, and Tax Return e-filing for Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, and Individuals.
Our Immigration Cases include Employer Petitions/Sponsorships, Business Immigration, Family Petitions, Obtaining Permanent Residency, and Naturalization.
We represent several Hospital groups, Nurse Registries, Nursing Facilities, Universities, and other Private Employers who hire foreign workers and provide Employer Sponsorships for them.
We practice exclusively Federal Tax and Immigration law and provide excellent service to clients in California as well as Nevada, Texas, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
