For Registered Nurses
There is a major shortage of Registered Nurses all across the United States. In California, we have a bigger crisis because of the Nurse to Patient Ratio law which took effect on March 2005. It requires one RN for a maximum of five patients, across all the wards in any California hospital.
Our Firm represents Employers who are available to hire and sponsor Registered Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals.
Please have the following ORIGINAL documents and four clear copies ready if you are a Registered Nurse who has passed the NCLEX-RN and interested in a Sponsorship:
1. Resume - include your Contact information, Education (Nursing degree and other degrees after High School), Professional Licenses in the U.S. and other countries, Exams passed (NCLEX-RN, English tests and Visa Screen certificates, if available), and Professional Experience - include the Dates, Employer name, City and State or Country, Job Title, and a brief description of your work duties. Begin with the most recent work going back. Please limit your resume to two pages.
2. Diploma and School Transcripts for your Nursing degree
3. Passport with Visa Page and I-94
4. Birth certificate
5. If married, provide your marriage certificate and spouse's birth certificate. If you have children, provide their birth certificates as well.
