Attorney Bella Reyes has chosen to specialize in Federal laws dealing with Tax and Immigration laws.  She represents clients before the IRS and the USCIS, formerly "INS." These two very daunting government agencies operate through complex and ever changing laws and regulations. Most of the cases that Attorney Reyes handles also involve other agencies such as the Department of Labor (Federal and State levels), the U.S. Department of State, and State Tax agencies.

Attorney Bella Reyes has successfully represented hundreds of clients before the Tax and Immigration Courts, as well as the IRS and USCIS.  She has obtained approvals on both the simple and highly challenging factual circumstances surrounding clients' Tax Liabilities, Employer Sponsorships, Family Petitions and Naturalizations, refugee/asylum applications, & deportation/removal proceedings.  
Ms. Reyes handles specialty cases in Employment Sponsorships of Healthcare Professionals, Transfer cases, and Cases involving employment or family petitions filed prior to 1998 or 2001, also called "Section 245(i) cases."
